Many people also depend on these beans for a living. Brazil being able to produce so many coffees yet their intake of coffee is very little. Frost had again hit southern Brazil. “The loss of a single tree means the loss of income on that spot for the three to five years it takes to replace it. Several experts say when high period occur, farmers rush in to plant. Once that begins, overproduction will later follow. Despite of the condition faced by the markets, people all around still drinks coffee. Five cents and brew yourself a cup for your liking.

Draft5
Athula was a very smart child. He was a top student in his school and a very hardworking person too. Everyday after school, he would help out his parents out in the tea plantation, followed by studies. His wish was that he could enter the top university and given his parents a good future ahead. He had a very good friend whose name was Asanka. They would play with each other whenever they had free time.
Things took a change for the worst after the Sinhalese took over Sri Lanka in 1948; they brought in the Ceylon Citizenship Act Of 1948. Athula’s family was now having difficulties as they were not entitled to things like education and voting for the countries, as their forefathers were not born here. Despite being dropped out of school, Athula still worked hard to study as he wants to fulfill his dreams of entering the university. His friend, Asanka would come to his house occasionally to tell Athula what they had learned, so Athula could revise. His parents continue to work in the plantation. Life went on as normal.
Athula secretly went to meet Asanka; “Why do the Sinhala implement such atrocious rules, making so many Tamils stateless!” Athula asked, pacing up and down.
Asanka murmured “I have no idea but it has made life much more peaceful, I don’t wish for it to end.”
Athula shouted backed in a furious rage “Do you know what it has done to my fellow Tamils, it has turned their life upside down, some Tamils were pinning all their hope on the child to give them a better future and you Sinhala started to expelled us one by one from school, I don’t see it making our life much more peaceful.”
Asanka could not bear to hear it anymore and ran off before Athula could say anything. Athula started to feel regretful; it was not Asanka’s fault why did I have to shout at him. He could not change what he had done so he turned off to another direction and started walking away. Athula had tried to find his friend and apologized to him, after much effort he tracked downed Asanka and started to explain what was really happening on that day, with that Athula managed to fix a broken friendship back together again.
Athula’s siblings were forced out of their job one day; Athula being curious went to ask his father what had happened to them.
“Athula, your siblings have gotten fire because they can’t speak Sinhala, also regarding to this agenda, we may have to send you to work earlier before you can attend your university” boomed Athula’s father.
Athula was devastated, he murmured “how can it happened, what about my dreams, I have to give up my dreams because of the Sinhalese, No way!” he slammed his bedroom door.
He continued to disobey his parents and studied day and night. He is awaiting the day for his exam to come. When he took his exam, he was full of confidence, while other pupils mostly Sinhalese was shaking with fear; others had butterflies in their stomach. The exams results were out, Athula scored 4A2 and 3B3, and he was confident that he could get into the university. But in the midst of the excitement, he was shot down. He saw Sinhalese entering the university, but he was stopped at the university‘s gate cause his points did not make the criteria. While the Sinhalese only scored about 4B4 and 4B3 and was able to enter the university, this got Athula’s blood boiling.
Athula then ran away from home as he was too ashamed to admit the truth. He went all around Sri Lanka and saw many Tamils homeless. This sight made him remember about his family. Thus he continued on the road with a heavy heart. A few months later, something made Athula tears rolled down uncontrollably. He saw his family living in the dumpster. Athula could not stand how the Sinhalese was treating the Tamils and went to join a federation, called the, Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam. He went around killing any Sinhalese he could get his hand on, sometimes, Athula even tortured the small kids. He was so bent on revenge that nothing stood in his way.
In the midst of the chaos, Athula was walking around trying to find Sinhalese to tortured, when he saw Asanka quivering in fear in a corner of the house, Athula’s tears rolled down when he pointed the gun on Asanka forehead. With a loud bang, Athula just took away his best friends life. Without any regret he thrusts his life forward till he was shot down when he was off guard

Draft4
Athula was walking home from school with his friend, Asanka. Asanka was a Sinhalese while Athula was a Tamil. They were best of friends. One day, Athula was working in the tea plantation, with his parents, when Asanka came over to pay a visit to Athula. They were living their lives happily.
A few years later, Athula was still working as a tea plantation worker after Sri Lanka gained their owned independence. When the British were still in control, they favored the Tamils more than the Sinhalese. After the British left, The Sinhalese took over and thus many numbers of Tamils were retrenched due to their incapability of speaking Sinhala. There was also this problem which made Tamils all over Sri Lanka stateless; this was due to the Ceylon Citizenship Act of 1948, this was unfair to the Athula’s family as their forefather were not born here. Now, Athula could not get any basic rights such as education and voting
In 1951, Athula’s family was forced to move to another smaller part of the country along with all the other Tamils. The Sinhalese was pushing things overboard; they forced the Tamils to move out of what was once their land. Despite being furious, they could not do anything as they did not have the power, and things worsen as children had to work to support their own family. Asanka still visits Athula from time to time. Even with all these problems, they were still best of friends.
Athula asked his friends Arjuna, “Do you think that the Sinhalese has gone overboard by making Sinhala the official language?”
Arjuna pacing up and down replied “Do you think, The Sinhalese made my whole family suffered, my father who was actually able to be promoted, but was not chosen because he could not speak Sinhala!”
Athula later went to meet his old friend, Asanka. On the way there, there was a huge riot, gunshots were heard, corpse were all over the place, he then saw his parents trapped in the middle, later, Athula parents saw that Athula was about to be shot, they dived in and saved Athula, but with the sacrifices of themselves. Athula dropped to his kneels and tears rolled down his cheek uncontrollably in the midst of the chaos. After which he went back to find Arjuna and told him about what happened to his parents that afternoon.
Arjuna comforted him by patting on his back and saying “It’s ok, we were get our revenge on them don’t you worry.”
7 years later, Athula took part in the exams and got high scores; while on the other hand, a Sinhalese took part in the same examination, the Sinhalese manage to get to the university while Athula having a even higher scores did not get into the university thus this prove the biasness of the Sinhalese. Now, the Tamils really could not stand it anymore. Athula heard a group of people who formed an army calling themselves the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam. Athula not thinking twice went straight to join the army. His only motives were to kill all the Sinhalese as to get freedom and also to avenge his passed on parents. He also gathered many Tamils, age ranging from 8 to 12 and even asks Arjuna to join in the fight.
Athula was killing many Sinhalese. He tortured many of them as he deemed that this is the only way to help those Tamils that had suffered for so long, but one Sinhalese made him stop, due to a twist of fate he met Asanka on the battlefield.

To make matter worse Arjuna’ family was declared stateless.
Athula comforted Arjuna. Athula said “no matter what house we live in, we were always be a happy family.”
“You are very understanding, let’s just continue our life as the way it was.” Arjuna said.
In 1956, things toke a turn for the worst, one day, posters was placed all over the place saying that their official language had been change to Sinhala; Athula was speechless when he saw the posters. Athula later spotted a small kid sobbing all by his own; he went there and asks what had happened.
The boy said” My name is Asanka; both of my parent were killed in the riots.”
Athula later learned that Asanka was actually a Sinhalese. Both of them took care of each other as though they were brothers. Later on in years, both of the wanted to enter the best university in Sri Lanka, cause they wanted to have a better future. Both of them studied and worked hard to accomplish their dreams of entering the university. Days later, the results were out. Athula was feeling very disturbed at this biasness for the university admission. He told Asanka that he wanted to be alone for a while and left Asanka to fend for himself. Asanka felt that he was all alone again so he went to interact with other Sinhalese and soon after forgot all about Athula.
Athula was wandering all over Sri Lanka by himself, He learnt about the wide scale resettlement which involves forcing out the Tamils for the poorer Sinhalese who could not afford the houses and leaves the Tamils homeless. But he also heard of the Tamil United Liberation Front, so he started to join this federation, and fight for the Tamil’s freedom. They went around wreaking havoc all over the place. Athula killed many Sinhalese for revenge because he thinks it was them who cause the riots that day, and it was them who killed his parents.

Athula scored 4A1 and 3B4 while Asanka scored 2A1, 2A2, 3C5, and the most unimaginable happened, Asanka managed to get into the university while Athula even having a better result than Asanka was rejected as he did meet the criteria.
He continues on his rampage torturing any Sinhalese he spots, but one Sinhalese made him stop. Due to a twist of fate, He saw Asanka at the battlefield.
“Mum I heading out now to the fields to help.” Shouting excitedly
Athula was only 4 then; He had to go to schools in the morning and in the afternoon, helps his parents out at the field. Life was peaceful. Everyone one was happy the way it is.
In 2 years time, everything changes. Athula was still living life as per normal, Arjuna, his father who had been saving money for a long time wanted to give his family a better place to stay, so he went to applied for a new house, together with his good Sinhalese friend. Months later, his Sinhalese friends got the house but on the other hand Arjuna application for a new house was rejected because of the Ceylon Citizenship Act, this actually meant that citizenship was only passed to those who were born in Sri Lanka or those whose forefathers were born here.
He soon met a guy who was very depressed, he had no idea how to speak Sinhala, and just like that he was fired from the government service. Soon after that rioting took place, Athula and his family was caught in the middle of the riots and both his parents were killed in the midst of the chaos. Athula fell to his kneels and tears rolled down his cheeks uncontrollably. The riot ended but many had loss their lives. Athula later spotted a small kid sobbing all by his own; he went there and asks what had happened.

SINGAPORE FLYER
Singapore Flyer is a giant Ferris wheel located in Singapore. At a height of 165m, Singapore Flyer is the world’s largest Giant Observation Wheel and is set to be one of Asia’s biggest tourist attractions. Featuring fixed capsules the size of a bus, the spectacular monument is capable of holding up to 784 passengers. Each capsule has a 28 person capacity and each revolution takes approximately 30 minutes. This was the first time I was going up on that observation wheel, but due to its time to time malfunction I was a little afraid of the ride. The Singapore flyer, itself holds many shops within this fascinating building.
The Singapore flyer was outstanding as it was the tallest building around the area. The place was filled with tourist wanting to go on this exhilarating ride. But to my surprise the ride’s duration was just right as we were making our way to the capsules; we had to take a group photo. After which we went through a security check which was very similar to those in the airports. We were also able to see all sorts of attractions like, Marina Barrage, Esplanade and the Merlion.
When the capsules started to ascend, I looked at all the landmarks and our attraction that sight was a thing to behold. Everything looked so small from above. I could barely see the Merlion. I was captivated by the beauty of the blue sea. Things for me was at the beginning of the ride was a little bit bumpy, I dare not peep through the window of the capsule at all, It was only after a few minutes that I picked up my courage to see through the window. When I first saw it, I was at a loss for word as the scenery was really beautiful, after which, I started to take pictures of our landmarks and we later took a group photo in the capsules. I will remember that for the year. The ride was very soothing as we went up slowly not like on the streets, where we have to rush through almost everything.
There was a funny thing that happened on the way up. Those person who was initially scared was totally not frightened when we reach the top. They were always exclaiming how scared they would be when they reach the top but they were not even the list scared when we reached the top, ironic right.
This trip was very enjoyable as we were even given free time to explore the shops in the flyer itself we went through shops after shops and saw many different things that were up for sales that were let you remember the trips. On whole I would like to recommend this to other people who want a bird eye view of Singapore.

discussion on why i choose this job
I choose this job because i want Singapore to continue to be safe and not plagued with danger anymore like murder and other stuff. Singapore may be a safe country for now but who knows what will happened in the future so i want to choose this job and actually ensure the safely of us Singaporeans and also the spread the safely messages to other citizens who are out there so that many more people will enforce the rules and thief and robber will have harder time to strike us. Law enforcer can also help people to see the bad citizens from the good citizens. during this economic downturn many people will resort to stealing because they have loss their job and need to provide for the family and they are actually good citizen but due to the downturn they have to resort to these that why police officer must stop them from taking these path. police also must work hard and build up their physical strength to me i need to still work on that before and i can actually help anyone. the pay for the job is also very good and i also found out that we that they paid your salary by your own rank. the higher the rank the more money you get. i also can make new friends through this job as many people are police officer i could also enter this job when i enter NS as i would be given a job either to choose as a solider or a police cadet. and most importanly as many of my freiends also choose this jobs

Career choice
when i grow up i want to be a police officer, the police an organized civil force for maintaining order, preventing and detecting crime, and enforcing the laws. they are many different types of polices examples are police officers and traffic police each of them has a different role example a police officers protects the people on the land helps them to investigate when person is either murder or missing helps guide people from the wrong path to the correct path and helps us to prevents things examples are like conning an old woman, murder, threatening of children to join this gang or takes drugs or puff a cigarette. police enforcer are also here when you need them the most example when your thing is stolen and you called the police they would arrive in less than five minutes to help you nab the thief. while on the other hand traffic police guides you when you should slow down or when should you actually speed. they also catches people who breaks the rules on the road and gave them a tickets to make them wake up. and when you get into an accident and you wake up they would actually asked you to recalled the incident and you said out while they type out the report. and help you nabbed the culprit. so to conclude peoples need the police as they serves us a very big purposes example are like helps to nabbed the thief helped to crack the case of how somebody dies. while polices need us or they would not have a job
Personal details
What i like to enjoy sometimes is to just use the computer to chat online, surf the web, and many more. But what i like to do best is to just sometimes study alone because when the place is noisy, i normally can't study as i myself would want in on the action. I like justices, and staying with my friends it is a good thing that i have a friends cause i thought my action has actually without me knowing hurt or insult my friends. I dislike myself for being so childish, selfish i want to change but yet it is so difficult i wish i could but i just can't. But one thing that can really disturb me is when people look down on me, that kind of feelings is so terrible that i sometime still recall those embarrassing scene. Normally when i am at school, i don't know the reason but i just can't concentrate on my studies whatever the teacher teaches, i managed to remembered a few while others i just do not understand. some the teacher who teach me are also very fierce, while some are friendly. In my recess i sometime meet up with my friends to the pull ups but normally it is me seeing them to do the pull up while on other occasion i meet up with my previous years classmate and talk about how we spent the goods times. and right after school i would normally go straight home unless i have remedial at school. when i reach home i would normally take a bath, then have my afternoon nap than in the night i would do my homework and self revision.
